Exponents (Multiplying Exponents with the Same Base)

1. $q^{15}$ $$\eqalign{{q}^{7+8}=q^{15}}$$

2. $3^9$ $$\eqalign{{3}^{6+3}=3^{9}}$$

3. $4n^8$ $$\eqalign{2\cdot2=4}$$ $${n^{4+4}=n^8}$$ $$=4n^8$$

4. $r^8$ $$\eqalign{{r}^{1+3+4}=r^{8}}$$

5. $\dfrac{1}{4}^7$ $$\eqalign{\dfrac{1}{4}^{2+5}=\dfrac{1}{4}^{7}}$$

6. $10^{12}$ $$\eqalign{{10}^{5+7}=10^{12}}$$

7. $(\dfrac{2}{3})^{11}$ $$\eqalign{(\dfrac{2}{3})^{6+5}=(\dfrac{2}{3})^{11}}$$

8. $7^7$ $$\eqalign{{7}^{6+1}=7^{7}}$$
