Equation of a Line: Standard Form
This packet helps students practice using the slope-intercept form of the line. It includes problems ranging from finding the standard form of a line from a graph to converting lines into standard form. Each page starts with easier problems that get more difficult as students work through the packet. After doing all 32 problems, students should be more comfortable doing these problems and have a clear understanding of how to solve them.
Simple: Write the standard form equation for the line with integer coefficients. (1,1) m=5
Advanced: Write a standard form equation for the line which goes through the two points. (6, -5) and (3, -8)
Practice problems require knowledge of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers.
