Geometry: Identifying Shapes (basic)
Packet includes: 46 practice problems.
This packet helps students practice identifying basic 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional shapes (circles, squares, rectangles, triangles, cylinders, spheres, cubes, and cones). The packet gives students examples of first 2-dimensional and then 3-dimensional objects. It has students practice 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional objects separately and then asks them to name objects when 2-D and 3-D objects mixed together (as students often struggle to distinguish squares and cubes when presented with both.)
Students are given the name of each object and ample space for writing. But, students should have basic letter writing skills to complete this packet.
