Claudine PhillipsPresident |
Claudine earned her B.A. in environmental studies from UC Santa Barbara and her M.A. in Education Administration from Cal State Northridge. Claudine currently teaches third grade at Roscomare Elementary school. Previously, Claudine was a Instructional Coach of Elementary Literacy in Los Angeles Unified School District and she taught 5th grade, 4th grade, and kindergarten at Castle Heights Elementary. |

Alisa AndersonTreasurer |
Alisa earned her B.A. in business economics from UCLA. She then worked as an auditor for Deloite and Touche for two years. Before reducing her hours to care for her young sons, Alisa was the Director of Financial Services at Puretek Corporation in San Fernando. |

Daniel Culbert |
Daniel Culbert earned his B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, Tau Beta Pi, and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. He has over 10 years experience as an architect, manager, and entrepreneur in leading-edge technologies and markets, working in the areas of consumer electronics, operating systems, multimedia hardware and software, internet search design, and audio recognition. He helped the Shazam, a UK company, launch their mobile audio recognition service in the UK. He founded everSearch (CTO, board member), an internet search/infrastructure company. |

Cynthia Feliciano |
Cynthia Feliciano earned her B.A. in political science and sociology, magna cum laude, from Boston University and her Ph.D. in sociology from UCLA. Cynthia is currently an assistant professor of sociology at UC Irvine. Cynthia's research has been supported by a number of prestigious grants including dissertation fellowships from the Ford Foundation, the Russell Sage Foundation, and UCLA's Graduate Division and a UC President's Postdoctoral fellowship. |

Bianca Haywood |
Bianca Haywood is a 12th grader at Hamilton High School and an EdBoost student. Bianca's favorite subject is science. When she grows up she would like to go to UCLA or USC and be a track star like her role model, Gail Devers. Because many of her friends ask her for advice, she also thinks that she might like to be a psychologist. Bianca has won a number of awards, including "Student of the Month" and "Student of the Week" certificates at Castle Heights Elementary School and awards for running, softball, basketball, best comedian, and most stylish. |

Megan P. Hall |
Megan P. Hall earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences, cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Ph.D. in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA. Megan completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Biological Sciences at the University at Buffalo and completed a second postdoctoral fellowship at UC Santa Cruz. She is currently the managing editor of PLOS Biology, an online science journal. As an undergraduate she won a prestigious Howard Hughes Undergraduate Research Fellowship. |

Adam Miller |
Adam Miller earned an A.B., with honors, in sociology from Stanford Universit, a Master's degree in sociology from UCLA, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC. Adam is currently the Director of Finance for the California Charter Schools Association. Adam brings higher education, education industry, and start-up experience to EdBoost's board. He was the Executive Director of the University of California Student Association (UCSA). |

Sue Shultz |
Sue Shultz has a B.A. in Education with minors in English and Social Studies from College of Our Lady of Mercy. She retired from Castle Heights Elementary School, after a distinguished 40-year teaching career. She has received a PTA "Teacher of the Year" award and has received appreciation awards for dedicated service from the Friends of Castle Heights, The Los Angeles Board of Education, and the City of Los Angeles. Sue began teaching in the Catholic school system, teaching at Holy Name School and St. Stephen's in San Francisco, St. Bruno's School in Whittier, and St. Francis X. |
