Reading Comprehension (overall)

Reading comprehension requires active reading.  While tutoring, we read together and talk about what's happening in the book as we read. It can be helpful for students to diagram stories or take notes as they read, so that they can process and record what they are learning as they read.

The following worksheets can be helpful in guiding students through a novel (by tracking plot or characters, or writing summaries or reviews).
